Providing resources to the agriculture community is an important part of our shows. We partner with Nebraska Cancer Coalition to provide PSA lab draws, blood pressure checks, and skin cancer checks on-site at Husker Harvest Days. In 2024, the health screenings included over 1,145 blood pressure checks, 302 PSA lab draws, and 485 skin cancer checks.
In addition, Farm Progress launched Women in the Field, new programming for women in agriculture. Be on the lookout for exclusive content in 2025!
Husker Harvest Days is a gathering place for today’s industry leaders. Politicians and local, state and national government officials utilize the shows as a platform and opportunity to engage with the agriculture community.
Husker Harvest Days believes in giving back to the local rural communities that help us host our shows. In 2024, we partnered with United Way and FFA for a food drive that resulted in more than 16,000 pounds of food for local central Nebraska food banks.
